Refund on Arrangements

If your flowers arrive in an unsatisfactory condition, such as wilted or damaged, please let us know within one hour of delivery. Reporting issues within this timeframe allows us to provide a prompt solution, whether it’s a full refund or a replacement arrangement. Claims submitted after one hour may not be eligible for a refund, as we cannot guarantee the flowers’ quality after extended storage and handling post-delivery.

 

Refund on Event Orders

For event orders, we understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your event flower order, cancellations made at least one week prior to the event date will be eligible for a partial refund. This refund covers any costs already incurred in sourcing and preparing your event flowers. For cancellations made within one week of the event, we are unable to offer a refund, as preparations and arrangements often begin well in advance to secure the highest quality and availability for your special day.
